Take your Digital Presence to the next level with a Usability Assessment!

An independent Usability Assessment is a great and inexpensive way to identify areas of improvement in your brand, website and social media presence. The Assessment looks at numerous areas of your digital ecosystem to determine if there are areas that could be improved.

The outcome is a comprehensive report on everything from Brand Consistency across digital and social media platforms, Search Engine Ranking and Optimization, Information Architecture, Calls to Action, Responsiveness and Accessibility.

The findings are ranked and summarized in a chart that makes it easy to understand what will have the most impact, and what is easiest to implement.

For instance, if your SEO needs improvement, updating metadata is farily easy but could have a MASSIVELY positive impact on your lead generation. On the other end, ensuring your website is 100% accessible for users with disabilities requires a lot of effort, but may impact only a very small percentage of website visitors.

The Report allows you to fix things as you have the budget and resources to do so.

An Audit Success Story

I had the privilege of conducting a Usability Assessment for Dr. Mark’s digital ecosystem. I evaluated everything from the usability and accessibility of his website, the consistency of his brand across his internet presence, the ease of finding his services online, as well as the ease of performing important tasks, like contacting Mark, scheduling an appointment, or booking a phone call.

I presented the findings in a Usability Audit Report and together we came up with a plan to completely redesign his brand and website.

Before, there was no clear messaging or call to action, the logo and navigation was dim and hard to read, and the user had to go to multiple websites to schedule, shop or contact Mark.

After, the brand was clean and consistent, the calls to action were clear, and everything from scheduling to shopping could be done right within the website.

I had the opportunity to work with Mike DeJonge at his design company, UX Foundry. I commissioned Mike to evaluate my company's web presence, and he uncovered key areas that could dramatically enhance my marketing efforts. We chose the option with the most significant potential impact: a new website. With his guidance, I navigated the best hosting options, and he crafted a website that excelled in usability and beauty. You can see his work at www.markvanotterloo.com.

While working with Mike, his kindness, intelligence, and mastery of his craft truly shone. He communicated his skills clearly and devised a practical and beautifully designed marketing strategy. Additionally, Mike saved money by helping me reorganize an online presence that required several additional services to remain functional. I am profoundly grateful for everything Mike has done for me.

If you're seeking a comprehensive marketing plan, an attractive and user-friendly website, all at a reasonable price, I encourage you to consider hiring Mike DeJonge. He offers incredible value in ways you might not anticipate. Feel free to reach out if you need more information about how excellent it was to work with Mike.

Sincerely,
